The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Guests are welcome to wear tuxedos or floor-length gowns; dark suits and formal cocktail dresses are also appropriate.

Complimentary shuttles will run between the Hampton Inn & Suites Huntington Downtown and the Harbor Club for hotel guests. The Harbor Club is approximately a 5‑minute drive from the hotel; shuttles will run continuously until the ceremony begins.

4:45 PM - Shuttles begin bussing guests to the Harbor Club. 5:30 PM - Last shuttles arrive at the Harbor Club for ceremony. 11:00 PM - Shuttle services resume after the reception is over. 12:00 AM - Shuttles services continue for the on site after party.
